Guyer & Regules is a law firm providing legal advice on all fields of law since 1911, and currently provides accounting and tax advice. Its main focus is full-service assistance to banks and corporations entailing legal
considerations. The firm is divided into three main sectors: legal advice, notaries and accounting services. The legal advice department deals particularly with corporate, banking, litigation, labor and tax law, among other subjects. The firm has developed specialized work teams, customarily comprising one or more partners plus several associates and paralegals, hence enabling the firm to provide clients with full services or offer them in-depth specialization in several areas of legal and accounting
practice. Guyer & Regules’ staff today is of 11 partners and more than 70 professionals (between lawyers, accountants and notaries) who together with paralegals, accounting assistants and administrative staff add up to a total of
over 265 members. The firm is equipped with last generation systems (including work flows), enabling the firm to process client’s services and handle in a very short time any information requested by any client regarding case progress, fee status, accounting records as well as legal opinions linked with the case, law and jurisprudence research and other forms of knowledge management. “Guyer & Regules On Line” is a new service offered by the firm which allows its clients (at their request) to have access to relevant opinions and agreements and litigation, with secure site
infrastructure. There are also training programs abroad for the staff and several crash courses on various legal and accounting issues. The firm has also participated in the elaboration of several legal and tax guides/books and other international
publications. A good number of the firm’s professionals has studied or worked in important US firms. |
